This video starts off by explaining the various parts of the skateboard like the nose, tail, bearings, grips etc. Next, the proper (and improper) techniques for getting on the board as well as getting off the board are explained. Then, a few basic techniques like "sex change" (changing the direction you face by interchanging your feet positions), manual (lifting one end of the skateboard while riding on it) etc. Finally, a technically difficult trick called the boneless is demonstrated.
